1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle from Mian Travel and Tours.
- You must possess a valid credit card in your name to cover rental charges and security deposits.
- You agree to comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations while operating the rented vehicle.
- You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Booking & Payment
- Reservations: Reservations can be made online, through our mobile app (if applicable), or by contacting us directly.
- Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as advertised on our website.
- Additional Fees: Charges may apply for late returns, damages beyond insurance coverage, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
3. Vehicles & Availability
- We offer a diverse fleet of luxury cars for rent. Availability varies depending on season and demand.
- We strive to provide accurate vehicle descriptions and images on our website, but some details may differ slightly.
- We reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle of equal or greater value if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup: You can pick up your rental vehicle at our office in Islamabad, Pakistan, or request delivery to a designated location for an additional fee.
- Delivery: Delivery within Islamabad city limits is available for a flat fee. Charges may apply for deliveries outside the city limits.
- Vehicle Inspection: Upon pickup, thoroughly inspect the vehicle and report any damages to our representative immediately.
5. Insurance & Liability
- Comprehensive insurance is included in our rental rates.
- Review the specific terms and limitations of the insurance coverage before your rental.
- You are responsible for any damages exceeding the insurance coverage limits.
- You are solely liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused while operating the rented vehicle.
6. Driver Regulations & Prohibitions
- Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement can operate the vehicle.
- You must possess a valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle rented.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking, pet transportation, and illegal activities are strictly forbidden in our vehicles.
7. Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the rental start date receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the rental start date are subject to a cancellation fee.
- Modifications to your reservation may be possible depending on availability, but charges may apply.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- We provide our Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or performance of our Services.
- We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.
10. Entire Agreement & Modifications
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mian Travel and Tours and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
