Mian provides luxury car rental services in Islamabad, Pakistan. We offer a wide range of high-end vehicles to cater to your specific needs and preferences. Our services include:

- Booking and reservation: Easily book your desired car online or through our mobile app. We offer flexible booking options to suit your travel plans.
- Delivery and pickup: Choose to have your car delivered to your desired location or pick it up from our office.
- Chauffeur services: Opt for professional chauffeur services for a complete luxury experience.
- Customer support: Our dedicated team is available 24/7 to assist you with any questions or concerns.
2. User Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Possess a valid credit card in your name to cover rental charges and security deposits.
- Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- Agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3. Fees and Payment
- Rental fees are based on the chosen car, rental duration, and additional services like chauffeur rentals.
- All fees must be paid upfront through our secure online payment platform.
- We accept major credit cards and may offer other payment methods depending on your location.
- Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, or violations of the Agreement.
4. Vehicle Use and Responsibility
- You are responsible for the safe and lawful operation of the rented vehicle.
- You are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during your rental period.
- You must abide by all traffic laws and regulations while driving the rental vehicle.
- Smoking, pet transport, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
5. Insurance
- Comprehensive insurance is included in our rental rates.
- Review the specific terms and limitations of the insurance coverage before your rental.
- You are responsible for any damages exceeding the insurance coverage limits.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
- You may cancel your reservation up to 42 hours before the rental start date for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations within 42 hours of the rental start date are subject to a cancellation fee.
- Modifications to your reservation may be possible depending on availability, but charges may apply.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide our Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or performance of our Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mian and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
11. Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
